1. Is there a deposit?
A $10 deposit is required to set a reservation and will be credited towards your rental. The deposit is non refundable and ensures your inflatable is reserved for your event date and time. If you need to cancel due to weather conditions, or unforseeable emergency circumstances, we will save your deposit that you can reuse towards your next rescheduled rental within 1 year of the cancellation date.

2. What type of payments do you accept?
We accept cash, Venmo, Money Order, or any major credit cards. Credit card transactions will have a $2.00 transaction fee.

3. When do I pay for my rental?
The full rental amount is due upon day of delivery and set up

4. How much room do I need?
The amount of room varies between each bounce house or water slide. A minimum of 2 feet on all four sides is required. Jumpers must be away from fences, pools, play sets, overhead utility lines, low-hanging tree branches, and any other permanent standing structures that could cause damage or harm. Vertical clearance measurements are about 14-17 feet. We would be happy to discuss space requirements when you make your reservation.

5. What kind of surface can the inflatables be on?
The safest surface is a level grassy area. However, our units can be set up on any level surface such as grass, concrete, asphalt, and even indoor gymnasiums. Please specify which surface the bounce house will be set up on so we can provide the appropriate ground covering and anchors.

6. Are reservations required?
Yes! We recommend calling at least 2-4 weeks in advance. As we book on a first come, first serve basis. Last-minute reservations are subject to availability. Fill out the contact form or email us and we will respond within 24-48 hours to confirm availability.

7. Do you deliver, set up, and take down?
Yes! We will deliver and set up each unit and ensure that it is clean and in good working condition before the event starts. When your rental appointment has ended, we will come back to inspect, clean, and take down the unit. Set up takes about 20-35 minutes and take down takes about 25-45 minutes depending on the type of unit. Please ensure the pathway and space for the bounce house is clear of obstacles or debris before the scheduled delivery time.

8. What if it rains?
Please deflate the unit, cover with tarp and re-inflate after rain has passed. DO NOT BOUNCE WHILE IT IS RAINING. In order to maintain a safe environment, all renters need to inspect and dry off the bounce house with a towel before continuing to bounce. It is NOT SAFE to bounce in high winds (20mph or higher), thunder or lightning. During such conditions, the unit must be turned off. We reserve the right to cancel a booking if the conditions are not safe. **Any downpour, lightning or high winds are unsafe conditions for operation. Once the inflatable unit is set up and operational, there are NO REFUNDS.**
